Learn to use the DeepJudge help center

The help center is the learning and product support resource for DeepJudge users.

Authenticate for Access


The DeepJudge help center is only available to authenticated DeepJudge users. To authenticate your access, log into DeepJudge, click your profile in the upper right, and then click Help. The full Help Center will appear.

My help center looks empty–what happened?

The full help center is only available to authenticated DeepJudge users. If you encountered this issue, then your access to the help center probably needs to be re-authenticated. To do so, log into DeepJudge, click your profile in the upper right, and then click Help. The full help center should re-appear.

Navigate the help center


Navigate the help center with these elements.

Articles

Articles explain product features and provide how-to instructions.

Click images to enlarge

Articles will include images you may click to enlarge.

Read callouts

Articles use callouts to focus attention.

Use the table of contents

Use the table of contents at the right (web) or drop down at the top (mobile) to navigate articles.

Example: here we are using the table of contents to navigate to different sections of the article

Use the breadcrumb trail

Use the breadcrumb trail at the top to navigate collections of articles.

Example: here we click the Getting Started collection to see other articles within that collection's topic, then we click the article Using the Help Center

Collections of articles

Collections organize articles with similar topics.

Example: the top of this article indicates it is organized within collections "All Collections" then "Getting Started" and then "Introduction."

DJ

Use DJ in the bottom right to ask questions and get live support.


Search bar

Use the search bar near the top to find articles on relevant topics.

Note: The search bar is a frequency, "keyword" search
